Yogavartanam is about continuity of yoga practice. Only avartans (cycles) of yoga practice can bring true harmony within one’s self and all the vital functions – physiological and psychological. Even our heart, mind and breath are in a constant avartan.
Yogavartanam is dedicated to improvement and association of postures, breathing, and mental activity. It brings general and therapeutic practices for individual, groups, corporate and institution on daily and weekly basis through its digital and in-person platform. Yogavartanam is based on the foundation of traditional Ashtang and Hath yoga known for its holistic approach towards a meaningful life. Let’s engage in a calm and joyful experience of yogabhyasa. About the Practitioner

Mamta is a certified Yoga Instructor who has also gained wide experience in Therapy. She has been working with schools, institutes and corporates for over 6 years. She did her Post Graduation Degree in Yoga education from KaivalyaDhama, Lonavala and continues to be associated with their projects. She also holds a certificate in Pranayama and Asana Practice from Morarji Desai Institute. She contributes to society through her participation in social projects. She has worked with Ram Manohar Lohia Govt Hospital, Delhi, by working as a field researcher for their project on ‘Effect of yoga in Post-covid recovery’. Her long-time association with theatre, Radio and Indian Classical Dance - Kathak, eventually made her embark on the journey of experiencing the philosophy and practice of yoga. She believes in the idea of continued exchange of knowledge and experiences among individuals to enrich one’s life with love and a sense of fulfillment.
