Yogavartanam is about continuity of yoga practice. Only avartans (cycles) of yoga practice can bring true harmony within one’s self and all the vital functions – physiological and psychological. Even our heart, mind and breath are in a constant avartan.
Yogavartanam is dedicated to improvement and association of postures, breathing, and mental activity. It brings general and therapeutic practices for individual, groups, corporate and institution on daily and weekly basis through its digital and in-person platform. Yogavartanam is based on the foundation of traditional Ashtang and Hath yoga known for its holistic approach towards a meaningful life. Let’s engage in a calm and joyful experience of yogabhyasa. Shubharvartanam!.
